T-Brake/ Launch Max RPM

RPM ceiling while staged on the trans-brake or launch: above it the TCU activates torque reduction. This is the launch rev limit you build boost against.
Launch control needs an ECU-side launch limiter or the engine revs free. The trans-brake does not; the locked box is the limiter.
