The downshift half of adaptation, and the route for the B clutch to learn: on the standard map B is the element the 6-5 downshift engages, so it only refines on that shift. Also a troubleshooting lever: a harsh decel downshift on one gear pair is usually a worn clutch plus adaptation that learned the fault, so turn this off (or just for that shift) and hand-trim the per-shift correction tables.

Enable Adaptation Downshift

Enable Adaptation UP

Turns adaptation on for upshifts. Each upshift refines the clutch that shift engages (3-4 works the D clutch, 4-5 the C, 5-6 the E, 6-7 the A), so drive each pair to learn it. The box only adapts inside its window: oil roughly 55-80C, 1600-3200 RPM, throttle above 2%, reported torque 80-140 Nm.
Verify torque first. Adapting on wrong torque trains the box into values you cannot fix afterwards; the recovery is correct torque, reset adaptations, re-learn.
